Moroccan Gloster Canary Club

The first Moroccan club dedicated to breeding and developing the Gloster canary — the first national body affiliated to the GFCCI and the IGBA.
Our history

A shared dream come true

The Moroccan Gloster Canary Club was founded on Friday 1 November 2024, becoming the first Moroccan club dedicated to breeding and developing the Gloster canary in Morocco, and the first national body affiliated to the Gloster Fancy Canary Club International (GFCCI) and the International Gloster Breeders Association (IGBA).

The creation of this club is not just an event, but the fulfilment of a dream shared by many passionate breeders for years. Driven by a strong belief in the importance of organisation, teamwork and active commitment, we took the step to bring this initiative to life — and we are proud of it today.

Our mission

Growing the passion for the Gloster

The club aims to promote Gloster canary breeding in Morocco on modern scientific foundations: sharing experience, organising events and exhibitions, and encouraging training and research in selection, reproduction and genetic development, in line with international standards. It works to build a new generation of aware, skilled breeders able to represent Morocco on the international stage.
